Josue and Yoshi provided awesome service. Very friendly and polite. Josue explained all the recommended items to address in an easy-to-understand way. He showed us photos of the blower components that needed to be cleaned as well as needing a water heater flush. And he explained why maintaining these were necessary. Also he provided a quote to replace our non-functioning humidifier. I appreciated their professionalism and transparency. I knew about their membership service and feel the cost of everything was reasonable. The excellent reviews appear warranted. I’m very happy I chose those company!

We got our 2.5 ton unit replaced today with a Carrier by Air 1 and I have nothing but good things to say. They were very professional, cleaned up everything, went over all warranties with us and serviced our other unit that was having issues while they were here today which was an unexpected bonus! Excellent customer service! There were a team of 6 technicians here today but the 2 leads we communicated with most were Chris and Josue- excellent representatives for Air 1!

We were absolutely impressed with Air 1 from start to finish. They were able to get to us quickly and gave us a quote for a replacement that was very fair. They were clean, efficient and so professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Air 1 for a unit replacement. Nobody wants to spend that kind of money but they were so good that it felt worth it. Thank you!

We had an HVAC coil freeze at 4 pm on a Friday and so many people turned us away for an appointment, but not Air 1 Mechanical. They sent a tech asap on Saturday and Jay was amazing! He ran into a non-related issue and fixed it for us.

Excellent experience. We just bought and moved into this house. Concerning noises from the AC. Called Air 1 and they showed up promptly which I truly appreciated. Jay Keramat not only fixed the AC but identified a serious problem with the water heater. We were very fortunate he was here to help us. We signed up for the annual maintenance program. Happy that my AC and water heater are in good hands. Highly recommend Air 1.

I had my AC tuned up today and also asked for a UV light to be installed to kill some mold that has started growing inside my attic unit. My technician, Jay, did a fantastic job. He installed my AC unit seven years ago and still remembered a conversation we had way back then. (If only my doctor could be as attentive.) Jay did a fantastic job yet again and I am very pleased he had the extra time to devote to installing the UV light when I was only scheduled for a basic tuneup.

Air One Continues to provide outstanding service and timely availability. My relationship started 2-1/2 years ago during the heat of summer when our air conditioning went out. I called several HVAC vendors and it was Air One that had a live operator who answered my call. They were there that evening to investigate the problem and they replaced the AC/Heat Pump the next day! Then two weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon, I called and they were able to see me 2 hours later. During that visit, the technician also noticed that the dryer vent wasn’t connected properly connected. A couple of days later, Air One came out to clean out and reconfigure the dryer vent so it was safer and working properly! The entire staff is knowledgeable , polite and professional … thanks Air One!

From start to finish Jay did an outstanding job! Arrived w/in the window given and sent a courtesy text that he was on his way. Introduced himself, very congenial and listened to the reason for my call- I have 2 HVAC units and both needed: Spring Tune-Up, Clean the Condensate Line and New Furnace Filters- I was having a hard time finding the right size. He inspected both units, cleaned the lines and had new filters on the truck!! He also diagnosed an upcoming problem that I was able to get ahead of. So, all in all it was a successful visit and I am very pleased. I will definitely reach out to Air 1 Mechanical again and hopefully Jay will be my technician. Thank you Jay!!

Josue, the technician was incredible! He was the perfect blend of courtesy , knowledge, and assurance! He diagnosed the issue of the furnace blower quickly and immediately repaired them. What was very helpful is that he took pictures of before and after the repairs explained why it happened ( previous repair person or installer had not zip tied the cables thus causing on often to be cut by the blower fan) . While there he also provided comprehensive assessments of the water heater, humidifier, air scrubber ! I would strongly recommend this company and this technician!!

March 31, 2026
I had a bad leak im my hot water pipe from the hot water heater to the shower. The rushing water affected my neighbors below as well. I live on 3rd floor, the water found its way all the way to the lobby of my condo building. Needless to say, it was an emergency.

I called Air-1 Mechanical and explained the situation. They immediately recognized the urgency of sending someone immediately. Although, all their technicians were on other jobs, they were able to send Jay Keramat to inspect the broken pipe. He immediately ascertained the parts needed to repair the pipe and went to work. He was able to fix the pipe in a relatively short amount of time and turn my water back on.

I was impressed how customer oriented Air-1 Mechanical is and how quickly Jay was able to restore my water. I am extremely happy to have found such a reliable and honest business so many years ago. They never changed the way they care care of their customers, as is evident by my many reviews over the years I have been lucky and grateful to know them.

Jay, thank you for making my emergency a priority. I highly recommend Air-1 Mechanical's HVAC and Plumbing services!

Winter 2025: Air-1 Mechanical continues to service my HVAC system to keep it functioning through the seasons. Both Jay K. and Josue B. provided their expertise and ensured my apartment size HVAC will keep me warm during the winter months ahead. They inspected the inside portion of the HVAC meticulously and flushed my water heater as it is part of the apartment heat exchanger system.
As always, I am very happy with Air-1 services and highly recommend them to anyone needing their HVAC or Water Heater serviced. 🙂

Spring 2025: I have been with Air-1 for more than 10 years and remain a satisfied customer. As usual, Jay Keramat took very good care of my aging HVAC system. He gave the coils a chemical cleaning which made them look as good as new. He also went on the roof of the building to verify the smooth operation of the outside condenser unit. I highly recommend Air-1 to anyone needing quality HVAC or Water-Heater services.

Winter 2024: Air-1 technicians, Jay and Kevin were courteous and professional. They ensured my HVAC unit was operating at optimal performance and double-checked my water-heater setting as it is part of providing the heat to keep my apartment warm as the HVAC transfers air through a heat exchanger and circulates warm air throughout the apartment. I highly recommend Air-1 Mechanical for any HVAC or Waterheater repair.

Spring 2024: I was very happy with the semi-annual service I received. Jay was very meticulous and ensured he checked the components of the inside unit as well as the condenser outside. I continue to rely on Air 1 for anything HVAC related and would highly recommend their awesome service.

Fall 2023: Today, I received another scheduled maintenance check on my HVAC system. I found the HVAC Service Technician, Kiyan Heydari courteous and professional. He carefully checked the operating condition of my heating system and ensured it functioned at optimum performance. Kiyan was meticulous about the details on the system as well as making sure there was no mold accumulation in any part of the system. He ensured to check the Water Heater operation as well, as it is directly related to providing the heat to the forced air heating part of the system.
I was very happy with Kiyan's work and would highly recommend his service to anyone needing HVAC services or repair!
I am very satisfied with Air 1 Mechanical for several years now and highly recommend their services!

Wonderful experience with Josue. I must say he is very friendly and very professional. Arrived and went right to work. I shared my concerns and he was very knowledgeable and offered some helpful tips. I'm not very savvy with the Smart technology, so he took the time to explain some thermostat functions and now I have a clearer understanding. Kudos Josue, thank you so much!!! Keep up the awesome work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jay K. and Josue B. provided outstanding service. They arrived earlier than scheduled, which was greatly appreciated given the urgency of the situation. Water was pouring out in the kitchen, and even after attempting to shut off the valve under the sink, we had to turn off the main water supply. They quickly diagnosed the problem, had the necessary parts on hand, and completed the repair efficiently. The entire process was handled with professionalism and competence. Before leaving, they cleaned the work area and even organized the space under the sink. They finished the job with a firm handshake and a warm smile. Highly recommend their service.

Amazing group! I came back to a dead hvac and was able to call and talk to someone as soon as I called even though it was after hours. Next day I had Josue M and Josue B here to evaluate and do what they could for my unit. They managed to get it working and were not hard on the sales pitch even when it was clear this unit had lived its life.
Definitely recommend for whatever you need!

Air 1 Mechanical has been straightforward to deal with from the estimate to the installation to the follow-up for replacement of my old Carrier single-stage Heat Pump to a new state-of-the-art Carrier Infinity heat pump. Jay K. is a real pro and was exceptional to deal with throughout. He even followed up after the initial installation to install a collar system to properly seal the joints between the air handler supply plenum and ducts.

I also used Air 1 Mechanical to service our water heater and once again, Jay K., ensured it was performed professionally and also replaced a faulty under-sized expansion tank with the correct size for our water heater.

Bahar in the front office was also great to deal with - making scheduling over the phone easy and convenient.

So far, Air 1 Mechanical has earned my trust as an honest company that does quality work.

Air 1 provided a seamless and professional service led by John S. I recently had an AC unit replaced and the entire process with Air 1 was way easier than merely getting quotes from other companies. What I learned is that you aren't buy an AC (they all sell the same units), you're buying an install and hopefully a long term, trustworthy relationship for maintenance and repairs. Air 1 was the only firm to explain how they would install the unit as it pertained to my home and the install team was great! Air1 offered fair, competitive and transparent pricing and were great with scheduling. Air1 seems to care about long term business versus hustling money while cycling customers like the PE owned firms I've worked with in the last year. Homeowner Tip - ask your HVAC maintenance tech if he is primarily paid by commission. It'll help you understand why your bill is unnecessarily high.

All the credit in the world to these guys they are real life savers. My AC went out abruptly during the heatwave this week leading to a mad scramble to find someone to fix it given how hot it is and my wife is 9 months pregnant. Air 1 was incredibly responsive and was able to dispatch technician John Sumlin within 5 hours of receiving my call. John had our unit back up running in 20 minutes. I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome given the desperate situation.

Several years ago, this company installed my HVAC unit and they came in at the best price And replaced it within the week when my schedule would allow it, and I have not had any issues with it since. This visit/issue had to do with a pipe under my floor in my condo unit from my hot water heater, and the issue was resolved quickly at a very unreasonable price. The owners are fantastic and truly care about their customers, and the technicians who work for them, represent the company in the best way possible. I highly recommend them, and I have given their information to several people in the past And will continue to do so.

Choosing Air 1 was a no brainer for us, they provided such thorough prompt service from the initial phone call to the diagnostic visit and the install, Jay, as well Phu, Diego, were phenomenal. Replaced our AC and furnace, they kept our house clean, they were polite and Jay was very knowledgable and honest - not pushy! We almost chose another local company who was actually a few dollars cheaper but A1 had prompt availability and was able to match their quote without compromising integrity of services. I’d choose them again.

Our AC unit went out during a hot summer night. I called Air One and left a message that night. Someone returned my call early the next morning and Jay Keramat came out within a couple of hours. He is a Carrier Certified HVAC Specialist. He diagnosed the problem fast and offered a number of options from replacing our entire system to just fixing the broken component. Talking with Jay about his thoughts on the life of our system made me feel informed and like I made the right decision. I would recommend Air One to anyone for speed, service, and honesty. When it does come time to replace our system, I will definately be calling Air One for some estimates and feel confident that they'll recommend and install exactly what I need.

Great experience working with Air 1! Jay Keramat showed up on time, asked pertinent questions, looked at several things on 10-yr old HVAC, and provided several different quotes within the hour. We had quotes from two other companies and this was by far the most competitive with more variables than others offered as well (parts and total system replacement). I very much value to upfront and honest pricing in such a timely manner. Jay was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely use Air 1 again.

My wife and I hired Air 1 to come and replace our furnace's motherboard/control panel, blower, and air return. We were told parts would take about a week to arrive, however they came early and they were able to come in and install them within a week of diagnosis. Our installation tech was Kiyan Heydari, he arrived on time, completed the job within a few hours, walked me through the repairs and showed me the finished product. Most importantly left the workspace clean. Overall very satisfied with the work and would recommend Air 1 and Kiyan, dude really knew his stuff.

We discovered Air 1 Mechanical years ago as they're one of the few companies that will service oil furnaces. We've since used them for our HVAC issues. Years ago they installed a heat pump to replace an aging AC and set up the oil furnace to serve as the back up heat and it's worked very well.

Kiyan was our most recent technician who performed our spring maintenance. Like all of Air 1's technicians he was prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. He recently serviced our HVAC system, and did a great job making sure our system was ready for the switch to cooling.

Excellent company. All
The HVAC technicians are knowledgeable, conscientious, and friendly. They are very willing to help. They were so good about the needs of my 4 dogs.

August 30, 2023 Called Air 1 this morning at 7 and they had a technician out by 9:00 AM. That is how service is done! I have been using Air 1 for about 10 years. They are fast and make sure you don't have to wait for service. And I trust them. All of the technicians have been professional and friendly. Today, Mark came to help with my new system. He has been to my house before so that is also comforting. My system had a clog in the water pipe. Mark fixed it quickly and professionally. He explained what happened and had photos to show me to illustrate what was wrong and how he fixed it. He was great with my dogs, which is very important to me! Everything was covered by my warranty. I will contiue to use Air 1 when I need help! Thank you, Mark for the wonderful job you did today!

Our AC stopped working and these guys came out same day. We received one quote BEFORE Air1 who wanted $6k to replace the whole unit. Jay came later and told us “no way I just need to refill this and change out that” and total came to $2k. Probably the nicest guy I’ve ever met in my life. And he looks great in a hat and was extremely professional. Great guy, great service.

We had Air 1 out multiple times to service our 15 year old HVAC unit. Every time, Marc was able to diagnose the issue and fix it. We ultimately ended up replacing our unit with them and technicians Carlos and Medi did a great job! We would highly recommend Air 1.

Air 1 is a lifesaver! My in-wall AC unit died on Friday and when I called around on Monday for repairs, multiple HVAC companies couldn’t service my 24-year-old ptac wall unit. Just said it was out of scope. I thought I was out of luck until I called Air 1. They responded immediately and within a couple hours, the technicians were fixing my unit, not just diagnosing but fixing! Marc was very knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue with my unit and replace the broken part in minutes! The team also addressed other concerns with the unit and were able to remedy on the spot. Very professional and efficient service. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family with older HVAC systems.

Jay Keramat is very professional. He came to my house and give me a brief run through of what is needed for my system. He provided various options for a new HVAC. We talked through and got the deal done on on Friday. The team came and installed the new unit on Monday. They completed on a few hours, tested the system, and cleaned up. Jay came back and explained how to use the new thermostat. Awesome company!

Jay serviced my yearly HVAC inspection and was very kind, polite and knowledgeable. He took his time in making sure everything was working correctly and made recommendations to implement that would prevent potential damage to apartments below me in the event if a clog. I would say he is my favorite technician so far.

Air 1 always provides awesome service in a timely manner, their technicians are courteous and always respect your property. Jay K. thoroughly inspected the heating operation of my apartment HVAC system and also ensured my water heater was operating at optimum capacity as it provides the heating part for my apartment configured HVAC. I highly recommend Air 1 Mechanical services.
